New enhancements about the program provided by LifeCare® include: Personalized member’s website available via single sign through the My TotalSource® portal. To access the LifeCare website, log in to My TotalSource select Myself->Benefits-> EAP. New Toll Free number to LifeCare specialists that are available to help 24/7, 365 days a year. You and your employees can contact them at 1-866-574-7256 (1-800-873-1322 TTY).
