The Missouri state poster has had the following updates made to the ‘EMPLOYERS EMPLOYING WORKERS UNDER THE AGE OF 16” section:
· The reference of “School Year” has been updated to “School Term.”
· The second bullet under “Acceptable Work Hours for 14 and 15 year-olds” has been updated to “Between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. during non-school term.”
· The phrase, “the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations is an equal opportunity employer/program,” has been added to the bottom of the posting.
These changes took effect May 2016.
