Lori Brown serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Compliance HR. She has over two decades of experience as an award winning employment litigator and trusted counselor to many of the nation’s largest employers. As a longtime shareholder and board member of Littler Mendelson, P.C., Ms. Brown devoted much of her practice to developing compliance strategies across the full spectrum of regulatory workplace issues such as protected leave and wage hour issues.
Tammy McCutchen

Tammy McCutchen serves as Vice President & Managing Director, Strategic Solutions for ComplianceHR and is a principal at Littler Mendelson, P.C. She is a leading authority on federal and state wage-hour laws and prevailing wage laws. Ms. McCutchen has also served as Administrator of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division and was the primary architect of the 2004 revisions to the overtime exemption regulations, the first major changes to the regulations in 55 years.
