New Employee Communications Coming Soon!

Beginning early November, each time you hire a new employee, he/she will receive a series of personalized, electronic messages.  The videos series includes the following:

 

  • Welcome to ADP TotalSource® (Video 1) - This video welcomes the new WSE to TotalSource and provides a glimpse into the relationship, benefits and offerings the WSE may have access to.

 

  • Time to Enroll in Benefits (Video 2) - This video alerts the WSE that he/she is now in the enrollment period and walks him/her through their benefits options.  The video provides instruction on how to select benefits.  This message serves as the Enrollment Package (formerly paper).

 

  • Don’t Forget to Enroll (Video 3) - This video is sent to WSEs who are still within their enrollment period and have not yet elected benefits.

 

  • Confirmation of Benefits (Video 4) - This video is sent once the WSE completes their benefit election, or at the end of their enrollment period, whichever occurs first.  The message serves as the Confirmation Statement (formerly paper) and also directs WSEs to their My TS experience for additional information.

 

What can you do to prepare?  Advise your new hires of what to expect and ensure they register for My TotalSource®!

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will the videos be sent?

A: 

Video 1 – this video will be sent 1 day after date of hire for a new hire and 1 day prior to the enrollment window start date for employees of conversion clients.

Video 2 – This video will be sent on the first day of the enrollment window.

Video 3 – This video will be sent on the day before enrollment window closes, if the WSE hasn’t yet elected coverage.

Video 4 – This video will be sent the day after benefits are elected or the day after the enrollment window closes for those who do not make an election.

 

Q: Where will the videos be sent?

A: Videos will be sent to the employee’s email address on file with TotalSource.
