New enhancements have been made to the Compensation and Performance Dashboards based on the feedback we’ve received.
Compensation Dashboard
You can now select multiple performance plans (that use the same rating scale) to be in a single Compensation Event instead of having to create a separate event for every performance plan, for a more efficient process.
Performance Dashboard:
- Managers can now assign and distribute new hire reviews. Access will need to be provided by a practitioner under Review Plan Milestones.
- There‘s more flexibility in scheduling annual and new hire reviews; additional service dates, last review date, last salary effective date, position start date, and hire/rehire dates are now all supported.
- Practitioners can now customize the annual review form by deciding which questions apply to managers versus employees.
A pop-up of the What’s New document, which includes screenshots and detailed descriptions of these enhancements, appeared on your first login as of November 11, 2017. This document gives you all you need to know about these changes.
