The following localities / states have increased their minimum hourly wage or minimum salary thresholds. You should increase the minimum hourly rate for-nonexempt employees and the salary thresholds for impacted exempt employees paid below the new minimums on or before the effective date noted in the chart below, and, if needed and required, order a new poster. If you have any questions, please contact your HR Business Partner or your Payroll Service Representative.
