The Missouri Department of Revenue has issued a new "Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate" Form MO W-4 and is requiring that all Missouri employees complete a new form for the 2016 tax year.
An email will be sent on April 22, 2016 to active worksite employees who are living or working in Missouri. They are being advised to update their MO W-4 by October 1, 2016. ADP TotalSource will calculate their states tax income using single with zero allowances for all employees who have not modified their tax form by that time.
