ADP is beginning the rollout of the One Login Page functionality across applications. With this new functionality, Administrators/Practitioners and Self-Service users will use a single page and single identity to sign in. They will be authenticated to their highest level of access.
This enhancement was applied to the applications listed below on April 25, 2020.
Users that directly access one of the URLs listed below will be presented with the new One Login Page. There’s nothing that users will need to do differently. They will simply log in with their existing credentials as they usually do.
Additional information on this new feature:
§ Single entry point for both Employees and Administrators/Practitioners.
§ System-driven identification and authentication of Administrators/Practitioners.
§ Seamless user experience.
§ Current login page capabilities will be retained.
§ Employee registration and forgot user ID/password features will remain unchanged.
§ Adaptive, risk-based authentication of Administrators/Practitioners.
· Adaptive authentication examines how, where and when the user is signing on to see if those attributes match expected patterns. If not, the user is asked to complete another level of verification, such as a strong multi-factor authentication.
