The Wisconsin state Notice to Employees About Applying for Wisconsin Unemployment Benefits poster was updated to remove toll-free telephone numbers (local telephone numbers remain) and to refer employees online as a resource for questions, help, and hours of operation.
Some of the language was also updated to be consistent with another related publication, How to Apply and Eligibility FAQs. There is no effective date for these changes, it was mainly a modification.
The California state poster was updated due to amended regulations on April 1, 2016. Specifically two poster provisions are impacted: Your Rights and Obligations as a Pregnant Employee
This notice replaces former Notice A. It satisfies your Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL) posting requirements.
Family Care and Medical Leave (CFRA Leave) and Pregnancy Disability Leave
This notice replaces former Notice B. It satisfies your California Family Rights Act (CFRA) posting requirements.
This is a material substantive change and a new Wisconsin, California, All–In-One poster is required. Please note that this update does not impact the Federal All-In-One poster.
