Author: Taneil Jaeger/Wednesday, September 20, 2017/Categories: Bulletin News

Knowing who you are when you call.  Getting you to where you want to be quickly. Easing your HR burden because it’s our job.

You’ve let us know that you wanted an easier and quicker way to reach us.

Beginning September 23, when you call ADP TotalSource®, we will match your number to the contact information listed on your profile. No need to enter your Social Security Number. As long as you have an accurate phone number on file in ADP TotalSource, we will recognize you. To provide us with your most current contact information, please visit adptotalsource.adp.com and update your personal profile.

We’ve also simplified our menu, which means you will be able to reach your assigned representative by simply speaking the menu option for the support you need.

MyLife Advisors are available for all your HR, Payroll, and Benefits questions.  Just call 844-448-0325.

We’re on a continuous journey to simplify your experience, and we look forward to future enhancements.
