Workers’ compensation renewal certificates (COI) for the next policy period (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027) are now available for immediate download via the Marsh COI Portal, which is integrated within the ADP TotalSource® platform. This tool allows for 24/7 self-service access to generate and distribute certificates of insurance.
How to Access Your 2026-2027 Renewal COI
- Log in: Access the ADP TotalSource and navigate to the integrated Marsh COI Portal.
- Locate Documents: Access the "Document History" or "Certificate" section to find the renewed COI for the upcoming period.
- Streamlined Distribution: Easily manage COI distribution – download, print, or email directly from the platform.
o Enter certificate holder’s email address as prompted. Please note the system does not save email addresses for future use.
o Multiple documents – filter, select, click download selected. Wait for the zip file to download.
Process for uploading renewal documents to vendor sites
Possible scenarios for 3rd party vendors and vendor sites:
· Initiate & Request: 30 days pre-renewal, vendors contact the broker to request new certificate.
· Submit & Upload: Submit documents using specified instructions (e.g., specific subject line, upload instructions, and contract or account number)
· Document History: Proactively use “Document History” to email documents when requested.
Exception: California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) – Renewal COI will be automatically fulfilled for those licenses ADP TotalSource is aware of.
