First Year with TotalSource? Read On.

If you joined ADP TotalSource during 2018, be aware that payrolls processed by another service team other than ADP TotalSource would have used your state, local and federal identification numbers.  ADP TotalSource is unable to assist you with these prior payroll filings.  We recommend you contact your prior payroll provider to ensure awareness that they must submit the below quarterly and annual filings for all payrolls processed prior to joining ADP TotalSource.

• Federal IRS annual Form 940
• Federal IRS quarterly Form 941
• W-3/W-2(s) to be filed with the Social Security Administration.
• Equivalent of W-3/W-2(s) that are required by certain states.
• All quarterly and annual state withholding and unemployment returns required by the state and local agencies.

Please be sure to examine your past returns carefully as ADP TotalSource does not make any representation as to the accuracy of returns filed by other payroll services and cannot assume responsibility for any inaccurate information.
