We are pleased to announce that enhancements to My TotalSource were released to all clients on May 15, 2017. This release included enhancements to improve stability, simplification, usability, and compliance.
Release Highlights:
Administration – You can now export a policy acknowledgement PDF report for a single employee. User interface changes, including a drop down filter on the From field and displaying highest urgency messages first, were made in the Message Center. And, additional panes are available to see a quick snap shot and to drill down into individual Employee Records.
HR – EEO Ethnic Code is now separated into Race and Ethnicity for compliance purposes and to align with EEO-1 changes from the government.
Note: Standard reports have been updated.
Mobile – Supervisors can now approve/unapprove time cards in the App. Additional enhancements regarding the viewing of pay statements, time and attendance, and ALINE cards were made to improve the overall user experience.
My Team – Managers can now add supporting documents under My Team > Employment > Employment Profile > Status.
Payroll – The new Pay Profile page is a one-stop-shop that consolidates employee pay-related menu items on a single page. Practitioners can now view and manage all employee pay items from a single dashboard.
Additional changes have been made to improve the user experience, including updates to language and improved field names, across Performance, Recruiting, Reporting and Time and Attendance modules.
A pop-up of the What’s New document should have appeared in My TotalSource on the first login on May 15, 2017. The What’s New document includes screenshots and detailed descriptions of these enhancements. Please refer to this document for additional information.
