HR Verification of Employment
Now you can access multiple pre-filled options for Verification of Employment (VOE) with Income, Social Services, and Fannie Mae. Now you can print VOEs and/or distribute them as needed.
Billing Invoice Totals Accessible from the Payroll Dashboard
This enhancement automatically shows the Billing invoice total each time a payroll preview is displayed. This allows you to see the accurate billing invoice total associated with the current payroll.
Easy New Workers' Compensation Code Requests
This new feature eliminates the need to call or email a request for a new Workers' Compensation Code. Now you can request a new code in My TotalSource and we will enter the code for you and assign it to the appropriate employee.
Employee Handbook Creation
Interested in your own official Employee Handbook? We’ve partnered with Thompson Publishing and now you can begin the handbook creation process with ease through MYTS!
Policy Acknowledgments on Demand
Good news! You can now upload your own policies and run policy acknowledgment reports as needed.
