Helping your company comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) regulations is one of the key benefits of ADP TotalSource®. If your company is not partially exempt (either by industry, size, or both) from OSHA recordkeeping requirements, ADP will help you fulfill this responsibility by providing your company with its preliminary 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses and 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses at the end of January each year.

Here are a couple key dates to mark on your calendar.

  • Feb. 1, 2025: Deadline to post OSHA Form 300A in your workplace
  • March 2, 2025: Deadline to electronically submit work-related injuries and illnesses data to OSHA.

Below are a couple tasks you can do now to help your OSHA Recordkeeping season go as smoothly as possible.

  • Review and update your local employee injury and illness records

For more detailed information please check out this bulletin or  reach out to your  ADP Service Representative with any questions.
