If you are an Applicable Large Employer, we want to remind you that it is important to review your ACA Compliance Dashboard every month. Checking your ACA Compliance Dashboard once a month and making any necessary adjustments to your employees’ data can help protect your business from risk.

You will want to ensure that you are offering affordable coverage to at least 95% of your full-time employees each month.  New full-time employees should be offered coverage after they fulfill your company’s waiting period. Remember the ACA defines a full-time employee as someone who works 130 hours or more in a month or averages 30 or more hours a week.

The ACA Compliance Dashboard can be used as a tool to monitor and maintain your ACA Compliance. ACA Reporting is filed under your company’s unique FEIN. By using these tools and taking these proactive measures, you are reducing the risk of being issued an IRS Assessment under your FEIN.

To access the ACA Compliance Dashboard:

  1. Log into ADP TotalSource®.

2.    Navigate to Process > ACA > ACA Compliance Dashboard
