It’s time to check out your workers’ compensation certificates of insurance through the Marsh COI portal.
We’re excited to share that you may now access, download, and distribute your workers’ compensation certificates of insurance (COI) through the Marsh COI Portal. To better prepare for distributing your COIs, we’d like to share a few resources and tips to get you started.

Options for distribution of renewal documents:
- Log in to the Marsh COI Portal.
- View, download, print, or email individual or multiple documents.
- To share a renewal document with a certificate holder, email it directly from the Marsh COI Portal to the certificate holder’s email address. Please note that these email addresses are not saved.
Options for third-party vendors and vendor sites:
- Request a new document and share special uploading instructions to initiate the process - you may specify the email subject line, how-to upload instructions, and the contract or account number to include.
- You may also email the document through “Document History.”
- Vendors can contact the broker 30 days before the renewal and initiate the process.
- Exception: California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) – Renewal COI will be automatically fulfilled for those licenses of which ADP TotalSource is aware.
