Tracking Paper Form I-9s post implementation

12/05/19

Author: ADP Admin/Friday, December 6, 2019/Categories: Bulletin News

During implementation, you may have had access to Process > Utilities > Implementation > Employee I-9s for tracking your existing worksite employee's Form I-9 on paper.

We expanded your I-9 tracking options by introducing the TotalSource I-9 Dashboard. The Dashboard can be used for tracking and uploading of paper Form I-9 both for existing worksite employees, as well as new hires. You will have access to this new Dashboard during implementation as well as post-implementation. The new Dashboard offers the same capabilities and functionality as the Employee I-9s page with the inclusion of your new hires.

To access the new TotalSource I-9 Dashboard, go to Process > HR > TotalSource I-9 Dashboard.
