In these uncertain times, you don’t know what you don’t know. That’s why ADP TotalSource® is here to help protect your organization’s financial interests through our Legal Defense Benefit (LDB), offered in conjunction with our Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) policy, which just completed its annual renewal.

If a covered EPLI claim or lawsuit is filed against your organization, ADP TotalSource will extend the LDB and pay a portion of your legal fees, provided all Client Services Agreement conditions are met. These include but are not limited to contacting ADP TotalSource prior to taking an adverse employment action and following ADP TotalSource’s recommendation(s) regarding the incident from which the claim arose.

Here are a few examples of when to contact us:

-        If you need to determine who to select for a lay-off;

-        If you have an employee who complains that they are being harassed by a co-worker via e-mail while working remotely;

-        If an employee is working onsite and complaining that they don’t believe the workplace is safe.
