The ADP TotalSource® Basic Employment Policies document has been updated to include new policies or revisions to existing policies including for example:

· Workplace Conduct (revised)

· California Equal Employment Opportunity (revised)

· San Francisco Military Leave (new)

· Lactation Accommodation Policies for Baltimore, Minnesota and New York (new)

· New Jersey Family and Medical Leave (revised)

· New York Non-Harassment and Complaint Form (revised)

· New York Paid Family Leave (revised)

The policies are currently available in your forms library and will be included in our onboarding application effective June 13, 2024.
