Vermont announces 2022 minimum wage

Vermont has announced that the state minimum wage will increase to $12.55 per hour and the cash minimum wage rate for tipped workers will increase to $6.28 per hour on January 1, 2022.

Compliance Recommendations:

Vermont employers should pay all non-exempt employees at least $12.55 per hour and post the updated minimum wage notice in the workplace beginning January 1, 2022. Please contact your dedicated service professional with any questions.
