A redesigned E-Verify Participation poster has been released by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that contains updated language and consolidates both the English and Spanish versions into one poster.
For employers required to use E-Verify, according to the E-Verify Manual, you are required to post updated posters in all hiring locations that participate in E-Verify when updates are provided by the US Department of Homeland Security.
As a reminder, you must also post the Immigrant and Employee Rights (IER) Right to Work poster in English and Spanish. It was updated earlier this year.
If you have not already updated your posters, the link for the updated E-Verify Participation and the E-Verify Right to Work posters are available within the eI-9 Resources section per the links indicated below. You can download and distribute the posters to impacted locations as needed.
