We Come Bearing Gifts! Preliminary OSHA Logs

Beginning December 8th, you will be able to generate preliminary OSHA Logs in ADP TotalSource. The preliminary OSHA 300 and 300A Summary reports are available via Reports > Additional Reports > OSHA Reports. The preliminary OSHA logs available in ADP TotalSource are based on the workers’ compensation data provided to ADP TotalSource. The preliminary OSHA Logs can be generated for an individual Location, across all Locations and by Year. Please note the preliminary logs do not report fatalities or significant injuries to OSHA nor do they satisfy the OSHA electronic reporting requirement for large employers and certain high hazard industries.
