02/05/26

Author: ADP Admin/Tuesday, February 3, 2026/Categories: Bulletin News

ADP regularly reviews and enhances products based on best practices and compliance requirements. Practitioner field labels have been updated in the Personal Profile and also in Reporting. These label updates clarify field functionalities and support practitioners' compliance with mandatory workforce-related reporting obligations to federal and state governments. The changes especially benefit multistate employers who gain enhanced flexibility to collect and report workforce data in multiple jurisdictions that may have conflicting requirements.

Note: The employee view has not been changed. Existing import and DataBridge fields will not be impacted.
