If you are an Applicable Large Employer, staying on top of your Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance is an ongoing responsibility. Regularly reviewing your ACA Compliance Dashboard can help you identify issues early and take action to reduce potential risk.
A monthly review of your employee data is recommended to help ensure:
· You are offering affordable coverage to at least 95% of full-time employees each month.
· Newly eligible full-time employees are offered coverage after satisfying your company’s waiting period.
· Employee classifications align with ACA guidelines, including the definition of full-time status as averaging 30 hours per week or 130 hours per month.
The ACA Compliance Dashboard serves as a central resource to help monitor eligibility, track offers of coverage and support accurate reporting under your organization’s FEIN. Proactive use of this tool may help reduce the likelihood of IRS assessments.
To access the ACA Compliance Dashboard:
1. Log into ADP TotalSource®.
2. Navigate to Process > ACA > ACA Compliance Dashboard
