The West Virginia state poster has been updated to include The Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act (PWFA). This provides guidelines for interpreting the act's prohibition against discrimination on the basis of sex by means of pregnancy discrimination. This intends to assist all persons in understand their obligations and duties under the law, in regards to this aspect of the PWFA, and applies to both men and women respectively.
