We have updated our Basic Employment Policies document and corresponding union employee version of the Basic Employment Policies (“Welcome Statement”). The Basic Employment Policies document and Welcome Statement is designed to be used in all states.

The updated Basic Employment Policies document and Welcome Statement has been added to our online onboarding application and forms library. A Spanish version is also available. We recommend that you also distribute the updated documents to current employees and obtain an acknowledgement of receipt.
