We are always working to provide you a better client experience. We are pleased to announce the following enhancements to ADP TotalSource effective October 7, 2017.
Release Highlights
HR/Talent –
- In the Performance Dashboard, Practitioners will be able to mass delete more than 50 reviews at a time (pre-distribution) and assign New Hire Reviews up to 2 years in the past (previous max was 150 days).
- For clients with Compensation Dashboard, Practitioners will be able to delete a compensation event that has not yet reached the state of “Ready for Payroll Processing,” which will help with removing test events.
Payroll –
- Paydata Grid Redesign is an exciting refresh to the current Paydata Batch and Grid to address common pain points.
- New Grouping and Sorting Options are now available on the Real-Time Preview Labor Distribution Report.
- Employees can now use our convenient online forms to enter their federal and state tax withholdings.
User Experience Improvements
ACA –
- Changes were made to the ACA Dashboards to improve functionality and user experience and the ACA Benefit Status Screen was revamped to show information in a more user-friendly format. ADP will roll out the revamped ACA Benefit Status Screen in waves between 10/7 and 10/28.
Administration–
- The Company Policy Acknowledgement Status Report was enhanced so Practitioners can view the acknowledgement status of all policies (Active/Inactive/Hidden).
Time and Attendance
- Modifications were made to address and comply with California Meal Penalty laws.
- Employees can view real-time schedule and accrual balance information from InTouch Timeclocks. Enhancements to add additional viewable data and options were made for ease of use to the following pages: Employee My Schedule Page, My Timecard, and Individual Timecards.
