ADP Risk & Safety is offering an ADP University webinar on “OSHA Recordkeeping.” The webinar will be offered on the following dates and times:
- Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST
- Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 1:00 PM EST
- Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 1:00 PM EST
The purpose of this webinar is to guide clients through the OSHA recordkeeping standards as well as review the required forms and guidelines for determining work-related injuries. We will cover the recent updates to the standard, including the anti-retaliation provisions and electronic submission requirements. This webinar is appropriate for any client who is required to comply with OSHA recordkeeping requirements.
The objectives of the webinar include:
- Recognizing the basic requirements of the OSHA recordkeeping standard
- Reviewing OSHA recordkeeping forms (OSHA 300 Log, 300A Summary, and 301 incident report)
- Determining if an injury is work-related
- Classifying work-related injuries on the OSHA log
- Identifying injury and illness privacy issues
- Understanding the new requirements for electronic reporting and anti-retaliation
