Employee Assistance Program Enhancements

Great News!

Effective January 16, 2017, ADP TotalSource® is pleased to announce new enhancements and new materials about the Work- Life Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all clients and their worksite employees. New enhancements about the program provided by LifeCare® include:

• Personalized member’s website available via single sign through the My TotalSource® portal.  To access the LifeCare website, log in to My TotalSource select Myself->Benefits-> EAP.
• New Toll Free number to  LifeCare specialists that are available to help 24/7, 365 days a year. You and your employees can contact them at 1-866-574-7256 (1-800-873-1322 TTY).

Also, check out the new materials listed below to help answer questions about the benefits offered, as well as, share with your managers and employees.
