Reminder: New and Improved Job Description Service and Resources are Now Available

Last month, we informed you of upcoming changes to our Job Description Service. This is a reminder that the process improvements are complete and the following changes have been made:

• Four hundred sample Job Descriptions have been added and can easily be accessed through Workforce Now. If a sample job description that meets your needs is not available, simply send the title of the job and a short summary of what the job entails to TotalSource.SSC@adp.com  and we will prepare a sample job description. Questionnaires are no longer required.
• Here’s how to get to it: Resources > TotalSource Forms Library > Sample Job Descriptions Category
• A new master job description template is now available to you as a useful starting point. This will allow you to customize a job description that meets your needs on your time and schedule.
• Here’s how to get to it: Resources > Totalsource Forms Library > Job Descriptions Category
• A Job Descriptions Toolkit is now available. The toolkit provides best practices including the essential components of job descriptions, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) considerations and more.
