Online Certificate of Insurance Requests

A new, user-friendly COI request process will be released on 4/7/18. This new online process will provide greater efficiency and reduce the time required to complete a COI request.

The improved process is available in ADP TotalSource under Resource > Risk > Certificate of Insurance. Within the feature you have the ability to:
  • Request a COI
  • Request a COI with location change option
  • Include multiple Certificate Holders
  • Receive COI via e-mail
