New Hampshire enacted legislation (House Bill 258) that allows employers to retain wage and hour records electronically. House Bill 258 takes effect on June 22, 2021.
House Bill 258:
New Hampshire employers are required to keep and retain true and accurate records of their employees' work hours and wages earned for three years. House Bill 258 permits these records to be made, signed, acknowledged, approved, and retained electronically.
