At ADP® we are always helping you to stay on track with all your business needs. December is the perfect time to remind you of your Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recordkeeping requirements. If your company is not partially exempt (either by industry, size, or both), ADP will help you fulfill this responsibility by providing your company with its preliminary 300 Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses and 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses at the end of January each year.

Here are a couple key dates to mark on your calendar.

·       Feb. 1, 2024: Deadline to post OSHA Form 300A in your workplace.

·       March 2, 2024: Deadline to electronically submit work-related injuries and illnesses data to OSHA.

Here are a couple tasks you can do now to help your OSHA Recordkeeping season go as smoothly as possible.

·       Review and update your local employee injury and illness records.

·       Review your employees work location assignments in your ADP portal.

For more detailed information please check out this bulletin or contact your ADP Service Representative with any questions.

Thank you,

ADP
