Recently, we gave you the opportunity to participate in the Organizational Fitness Survey during which you may have elected to have your employees take part in the Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey. If you chose to participate in this survey, your HR Business Partner will send you an email the week of February 6, 2017, with instructions and a unique link for your company to access the survey.
This Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey will only be available until February 19. We encourage you to please take advantage of this important step in the 2017 Open Enrollment process. It will help you:
- Gather valuable insights about your employees' satisfaction with their current benefits program.
- Improve the health of your employee retention and recruitment efforts by crafting a benefits platform that is the best fit for your employees.
