2017 Open Enrollment: Complete the Organizational Fitness Survey

Let ADP TotalSource help you prepare for Open Enrollment!

As 2017 Open Enrollment approaches, ADP TotalSource is here to help your business develop the agility to respond to changing competitive pressures and workforce expectations.

The first step to creating organizational agility starts with your benefits strategy.

The Organizational Fitness Survey is a brief series of 10 questions about important considerations to making benefit program decisions. You may have already taken this survey last September. If you have not, you should receive an email invitation to participate in this survey from your HR Business Partner on Monday 1/9. This invitation contains a unique link for you to access the survey.

The survey will help establish organization insights and enable your HR Business Partner to customize the Open Enrollment process so you can:

1.     Improve the health of your employee retention and recruitment efforts by offering a benefits platform that is the best fit for your employees.

2.     Determine the best course of action to keep your business and benefits costs on track without sacrificing the quality of your plan.

During your participation in this survey, you will have the opportunity to learn more about and opt-in to the Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey. This will help you gather valuable insights about your employees' satisfaction with their current benefits program. The insights gathered from your survey responses, together with the insights provided by your employees, will provide the foundation from which to build a comprehensive benefits strategy.

This Organizational Fitness Survey will only be available until January 28, 2017, so we encourage you to please take advantage of this important first step in the 2017 Open Enrollment process.

Below is a timeline of key steps you can expect during 2017 Open Enrollment:

February:

  • You will receive an employee poster announcing key dates and steps for Open Enrollment to display in a high-traffic area where employees are most likely to see it.
  • Encourage your employees to confirm their email addresses on My TotalSource at mytotalsource.adp.com and sign up for paperless enrollment. It’s the easiest way to go through Open Enrollment.
  • Prepare to participate in a Benefits Consultation discussion with your HR Business Partner to help you build a benefits plan that meets the needs of your business and employees.

March - April:

  • Your employees will receive personalized benefits videos throughout the benefits enrollment window driving them to enroll in their benefits on My TotalSource.

April - May:

  • Remind your worksite employees to confirm the benefits shown on their confirmation statements.

June:

  • Your employees’ 2017-2018 benefits Plan Year begins on June 1.
