Time to Analyze Your Pay Practices

About the Wage and Hour Assessment
The assessment is divided into two parts:
Part one of the assessment reviews the overtime exempt status of your employees using Navigator OT. Navigator OT is an easy to use technology solution that analyzes the overtime exempt status of employees under the most common overtime exemptions.
Part two is a 25 question assessment that will provide you with helpful information and tools to identify relevant compliance requirements, which you can use to benchmark against your current practices. This part of the assessment will cover the following areas:
- Coverage of Employees (independent contractors, trainees / interns and volunteers)
- Minimum Wage and Overtime Compensation Requirements
- Working Time (waiting, travel, training, on-call time and meal and rest periods)
- Time Keeping Child Labor
- Exempt Employee Pay Practices
