ADP is making certain adjustments to the frequency of payroll deductions for a select group of employees that are enrolled in Voluntary Benefits. During normal reviews, we found a small discrepancy in the frequency in which payroll deductions were being processed for Voluntary Benefits on a small population of employees.
The payroll frequency has been adjusted. However, due to this change, premiums may slightly increase for the remainder of the pay dates left in the plan year to ensure that any difference in amounts not previously processed in prior pay dates is corrected. This change will take effect in January 2018.
If you have any impacted employees, they will receive an email explaining the payroll frequency change in their record.
