Security Matters! Employee Self-Service Registration Enhancements

ADP TotalSource® is committed to helping protect your employees' information from fraud due to identity theft. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that your employees will soon benefit from the following security enhancements when they register their account with ADP. These updates will become available to your organization during the month of March.
- The registration process will now collect email addresses and phone numbers on a single page.
- To help protect your employees' personally identifiable information (linked with their ADP account) from fraud due to identity theft, newly registering employees will be required to provide a unique phone number during the registration process. Your employees can provide their mobile phone number (personal or business/work) or an alternate number (home phone, work desk number, etc.) that can be used to reach them. Providing a unique phone number will allow ADP to send emails or text messages during a password reset, retrieve forgotten login information, or send an alert if we suspect their account has been compromised.
