We are excited to share the ADP® Mobile Virtual Chat enhanced by ADP Assist for Employees and Managers is now also available on the ADP TotalSource® desktop experience!
Now with the added convenience of both mobile and desktop experiences, Employees and Managers can use Virtual Chat enhanced by ADP Assist to receive answers to common questions regarding PTO requests, timecard actions, updating personal information, locating pay statements, enrolling in benefits, updating direct deposit and more.
Here’s what you need to know
- Employees and Managers will see an ADP Assist icon in the top right corner of the Workforce Now desktop experience.
- Virtual Chat offers suggested actions for employees and managers based upon the most frequently asked questions.
- No setup is required. This feature will be enabled automatically for employees and managers.
This update is specific to the Virtual Chat self-service experience for Employees and Managers and will not impact your existing chat experience as a Practitioner. Your practitioner virtual chat remains accessible via the “Chat” icon within ADP TotalSource and the “Start Chat” icon within Service Portal.
