ING U.S., the recordkeeper for the ADP TotalSource® Retirement Savings Plan, changed its name to Voya Financial™ Inc. on Sept 1, 2014.
Nothing changes on your account, and no action is required on your behalf. Your employees should have received an announcement of this change in mid-July. Participants with a balance in their Plan received an insert with their quarterly statement, and all other eligible non-participants received a postcard via USPS.
- As of September 1, 2014:
• Participants will begin to see changes to their retirement savings account materials, such as statements and the Plan website.
• Changes to the ING secure Sponsor Web will also be made.
- Throughout 2014: The name change will take place in phases, so you will see both ING U.S. and Voya™ at times throughout 2014. The name change should be complete by year’s end.
Note: All websites will redirect for a year, but please remember to update your bookmarks.
