A federal district court has postponed the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) decision to terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haiti pending further court action. TPS for Haiti would have expired effective Feb. 3, 2026.

The certificate review period starts on March 1 and ends on March 21, 2026. This valuable review period ensures that your certificates are accurate, and removes any unnecessary documents from your account before they are automatically renewed.

Recently, we published an article reminding you to post your OSHA Form 300A in the workplace from February 1 through April 30, 2026. Some employers are also required to electronically submit the information from their 2025 OSHA Form 300A via the OSHA Injury Tracking Application (ITA). OSHA has a tool in ITA Coverage Application to help employers determine if they are covered by the regulation.
