Helmsman Management Services, our Third Party Administrator (TPA) for workers’ compensation claims, has changed the pharmacy benefits program they provide to injured employees, effective February 2, 2015. This change is due to a merger resulting in a new company name for the prescription program to Helios. This change does not impact the process or benefits an employee receives under this program; they remain the same.
Current injured employees with an active claim will be advised of this change and provided with a new prescription card by Helios. All injuries sustained subsequent to February 2, 2015 will begin to use this program from the onset.
The new prescription information can be accessed in the FormSource Workers’ Compensation section of My TotalSource.
