We are excited to share a powerful new tool that gives you instant access to download, and share workers' compensation certificates of insurance (COI) and other policy documents.

 

ADP has teamed up with TotalSource® Risk and Safety's partner, Marsh, to provide digital tools and resources to manage your certificates and other important policy documents. Streamline your workflow, reduce the risk of errors and omissions, and enjoy peace of mind knowing that you are in control of your policy documents.

  •  24/7 access to your essential insurance documents

Get ahead for workers’ compensation renewal with certificates easily accessible from the Marsh COI Portal.

  •   Renewal certificates for the next policy period (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025) will be available to download on the Marsh COI Portal in PDF format around May 1
  •   Determine how you want to view, download, and distribute the renewal certificates for the next policy period (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025) to your certificate holders.
  •   The new policy period starts on July 1, 2024 (the policy term is July 1, 2024- June 30, 2025).
