As part of our continual effort to provide you the best experience possible, ADP® is making some necessary changes to our Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for ADP TotalSource® on July 17, 2024. The changes may impact your ability to access ADP TotalSource®.

Who is impacted?
Companies that use “Allowlisting” as a method to ensure proper security precautions are taken for incoming and outgoing network traffic.
What do you need to do?
1. Connect with your IT department or provider to determine if your company uses this type of cybersecurity.
2. If so, provide them this list of IP addresses that will need to be "Allowlisted” before July 17, 2024. To keep service running smoothly, we recommend adding these IP addresses to any “allow lists” you may have. We do not recommend deleting any IP addresses you currently have on file.
