ADP® eI-9 Service Release

ADP® is pleased to announce new improvements to the E-Verify program which are designed to enhance the user experience.  This release impacts those clients who participate in the E-Verify program.     
     

Enhancements include:

  • Improved integration with the E-Verify training course.  
  • Users no longer need to enter credentials (access code) to go to the ADP E-Verify training site to take the course. Users can now click the training link name on the iLearn Training Page to go directly to the E-verify training. 
  • Additionally, when users complete the training successfully, they will be able to refresh the eI-9 screen and then access eI-9 instead of having to wait or contact ADP to unlock them when they provide their successful passing score. 
  • Revamped E-Verify training to reduce the training time (now less than 20 minutes), improve engagement, update the look and feel, and offer an optional training survey.
  • Enhancements to iLearn provisioning status of ADP’s iLearn virtual classroom for eI-9 training courses.  
  • Five new E-Verify closure codes to comply with E-Verify version 29.1.
