Comprehensive Invoice is Coming

ADP TotalSource® is introducing a more comprehensive invoice to incorporate Additional Services and Products. The improvements to our invoice structure will allow you to easily identify Additional Services you may have purchased.

The Additional Services/Products added to the invoice include:
  • General Ledger Integration
  • API Usage and Maintenance
  • Recruiting Services
  • Enhanced Talent Suite (ETS)
  • Time & Labor Management (TLM)
  • Integrated Designs, Inc. (IDI) Services
These Additional Services will be labeled as “Ancillary Products” on your invoice. “Ancillary Products” are integrated into to the Overview and the Details sections of the invoice, and will include a graphical representation and detailed break-down of your charges. Click here to access a sample invoice that includes the addition of the “Ancillary Products.”

Invoices generated after May 17 will reflect the improvements to include Additional Services. Stay tuned as we continue to enhance our comprehensive invoice in the upcoming months.
