It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3!
We’ve made it easier to access your Safety Recommendations in ADP TotalSource®. You no longer need to know which survey the safety recommendation is tied to. We’ve separated your risk surveys and safety recommendations into 2 tabs on the Safety Recommendations page. This should provide you with better transparency into your recommendations and easier access. The functionality on the Surveys tab remains unchanged.
When you navigate to Resources > Risk > Safety Recommendations the "pending" Safety Recommendations tab is displayed. Closed safety recommendations are available by clicking the "closed" button on the right side of the page. The new Safety Recommendations tab offers you the ability to:
· Search
· Sort
· Update
· Download pending recommendations
To improve transparency into your recommendations, you will now be able to see the details of a recommendation along the right side of the screen when you click on the recommendation in the list. To expand the details, click Read More, if applicable.
Like the Surveys tab, the new tab offers you a self-service option for providing updates to your Safety Representative. No more sending email updates or making phone calls! When you need to provide your Safety Representative with an update on a recommendation, simply click the ADD UPDATE button and enter your comments. The comments are saved to the recommendation in ADP TotalSource, along with the date and time it was entered. Your update is then sent to your Safety Representative.
Keeping in line with the functionality available on the Surveys tab, we’ve included the ability to download all “pending” safety recommendations to a PDF file via the Download All Pending link. The PDF allows you to view all pending recommendations in a cohesive list and save the information outside of ADP TotalSource, if necessary.
