Reminder! Please remember to complete your HIRD form filing online via MassTaxConnect before December 15, 2021.
HIRD filing requirements apply to all employers with 6 or more Massachusetts employees in any month during the 12 months preceding December 15, 2021. The filing is done through MassTaxConnect which is available for MA HIRD filing between November 15, 2021 through December 15, 2021.
How will ADP TotalSource assist with this filing?
ADP TotalSource will provide the necessary data to complete their MA HIRD Filing. Please reach out to your dedicated HR Business Partner with any questions.
Important Reminders/Tips:
· ADP TotalSource will not perform the HIRD filing. Clients will need to do their own filing.
· A MassTaxConnect login is needed to complete the HIRD filing. If you do not have a login, you will need to be create a log in.
· A separate login is needed for each FEIN.
