Be sure to access and review the Training Modules we’ve built to help you through Year End. Access these quick training modules and Year End Job Aids by clicking on the myLearning@adp link in the Quick Links tile on the right side of your ADP TotalSource homepage. Review the following items:
· Holiday Schedules: Need to make adjustments? Take me to the Payroll Schedule Page
· Quarter 3 Wage & Tax Register: To learn more, see the Wage & Tax Register Quarterly report.
· Verify that your PTO is accruing correctly and review your PTO Schedule
Tell your payroll advisor if you:
· Need to set up a new time-off policy
· Issued unreported checks to employees
· Need to void any checks
· Offer a pension/deferred compensation plan to which employees do not contribute directly through payroll, but you contribute on their behalf.
